Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges

Items purchased are not eligible for return but can be exchanged for an item of equal value, within 30 days of purchase.
An item can also be returned for a store credit within 30 days of purchase.
Items exchanged or returned for a credit must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
Final sale or clearance items are not eligible for returns or credits.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Contact our customer service team at LouisFourteen@LeKing14.com.
Follow the instructions on the reply email to generate a return shipping label.
Package your items securely and affix the return label.
Drop off your package at the designated carrier location.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, it will be inspected.
Approved exchanges or credits will be processed within 5 business days.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

- Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): $12 flat rate
- Free Standard Shipping on orders over $70
